Welcome to Nether Whitacre Village Hall

Nether Whitacre Village Hall is situated in a most beautiful Rural Setting. The hall offers a mixture of modern facilities, glorious setting and proximity to Warwickshire making it the ideal venue for weddings, parties and community events. The Hall officially opened on 6th May 1985 with an evening ceremony followed by “dancing to a live band and a turkey buffet”.  Among those who attended were local prominent community figures.  This event was the final culmination of several years’ hard work by a dynamic group of volunteers who had tirelessly worked to raise money to make the project a reality.  The finance was a result of fund raising from within the community itself and the support of the Parish and North Warwickshire Councils.  In fact the project was started without full funding in place but at the last minute the Council helped out to ensure we have the brilliant facility we have today. The Hall is situated on Station Road in Whitacre Heath, which is a part of the Parish of Nether Whitacre.  Originally designed for the community of the Parish it now attracts interest from people and groups further afield.  Groups who regularly use the hall are the Caravan Club, Badminton, Zumba classes, Bowling, Children’s Parties, Dog Shows to mention a few – it’s surprising the range of events that do happen.
